This policy describes how we handle information collected through the CRM USA National Convention 2026 registration website at crmusa2026-convention.vercel.app.
Information we collect
When you register, we collect contact details (such as name, email address, and phone), church or ministry affiliation where provided, and attendee names and ages needed to calculate registration totals. We may also collect technical data routinely logged by our hosting provider (for example IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To create and manage your convention registration and pledge record.
- To send confirmation messages, balance summaries, and optional reminders related to your registration.
- To communicate operational updates about the event when necessary.
Payments
Card payments may be processed by third-party platforms (for example Zeffy). Zelle payments are initiated by you through your bank. CRM USA does not store full bank account or card numbers on this site. Recorded payment amounts are updated only after staff reconcile transactions against your pledge code.
Sharing
We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, and database storage as needed to operate registration. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of attendees and staff.
Retention
We retain registration and payment records for as long as needed for event operations, financial reconciliation, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them in line with internal practices.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access or correction of registration information where applicable. You may opt out of non-essential reminder emails by following instructions in those messages or by contacting us.
Children
Parents or guardians provide attendee information for minors as part of family registration. We do not knowingly collect direct contact information from children under 13 outside that context.
